2 Day service leadership training workshop was conducted for the Excise, Taxation and Narcotics Control Department (ETNC) , Government of Punjab, Pakistan. The senior level workshop was held at the Marriott Hotel, Islamabad on 1st and 2nd November 2017. Mr. Ahmed Bilal, Secretary ETNC was the chief guest and graced the occasion. He gave the direction and vision of the department and its success as they build up the customer service dimension of the department.
Mr. Ahmed Bilal was accompanied by all the regional directors of ETNC. The customer service excellence focus and direction project is being led by Mr. Rizwan Sherwani, Director Excise and Taxation Lahore division.
The objective of the workshop is to create awareness and importance of customer service to the senior management team. The workshop was conducted by Mr. Ahmed Sheikh a leading customer service expert.
The training consisted of 4 main modules:
- Introduction to service excellence
- Creating the service mindset
- Implementing customer service leadership
- Best customer service practices in business centers
Senior and mid tier management teams came to attend. Extensive role plays took place. Best practices introduced and different scenarios discussed in the training program.
